FILL OUT A RANK PLANNER FOR BLUE DIAMOND OR PRESIDENTIAL.

 

Build 2 legs first to 3k, then a 3rd to 3k. Structure each of those legs based on your chart. If you have 3 people that want to build sooner, great!

Those 3 can go on your front line.

 

The people spending 100PV monthly that are going to be the people you help build to rank to qualify you for your rank go in the circles. It will change often as people's goals change. How do you know where to put people if you don't know where you are going?

Presidential has 6 legs that they hold the enrollment to that are Platinum or higher for each leg.

Blue Diamond has 5 legs that are each Gold or higher that they hold the enrollment for them.

Diamond has 4 legs that are each Silver or higher that they hold the enrollment for them.

Platinum has 3 legs that are each Silver or higher that they hold the enrollment for them.

 

Gold has 3 legs that are each Premier or higher that they hold the enrollment for them.

Silver has 3 legs that are each Elites or higher that they hold the enrollment for them.

 

Premier has two legs that are each Executives that they hold the enrollment for them.

 

Elite has 3k volume - I recommend building two legs with 1500 each volume but it doesn't matter as long as it's 3k volume

 

Executive 2k volume - I recommend building two legs with 1k volume each but it doesn't matter as long as it's 2 k volume

 

It's so important to work with our uplines to help and have clear communication. Are they helping you build? Are you communicating with them? What are their goals? How do you fit into their goals? How do they fit into your goals?

Your uplines don't know how you work unless you communicate with them. If you have engaged uplines = blessed. Take advantage of it!

BEST PRACTICES -

-You are responsible for finding your front line builders

-Grow deep in your family tree, not wide

-Check uni-level bonus sheet (doterra compensation plan) when placing customers to maximise uni-level bonuses

-Keep friends & family together

-Keep geographic markets together

-Don't plug holes for Power Of 3 (its makes for wasted volume). Focus on ranking rather than Power of 3 - it will come in time

-Place on your lowest performing (OV) leg or your qualifiers lowest performing leg (depending on rank)

-Place on your 4th level or below (you won't have to give enrolment over of builders/sharers/customers)

-Love people where they are

-Keep enrolment of everyone you have invited to enrol with doTERRA

-Solidify rank first and benefit from the bonuses

-Place customers on Level 7 when ranked Silver and above

-Aim for ranks of premier, gold and blue diamond rather than elite, silver and diamond

-Encourage customers to upgrade to a wellness advocate after the 90 days period to give them time to learn about the business and what's involved

-Focus on a 2 X 2 builder's structure - you find 2 front line builders, they find their own 2 front line builders, they find their own front line builders
