Here is a simple raw chocolate recipe:

90g Organic Virgin Cacao Butter or Coconut Oil

60g Raw Organic Cacao Powder

60g Maple Syrup

Place the cacao butter/coconut oil in a bowl over a pan of hot water on a low heat and melt gently.

Leaving the bowl over the pan and waiting 10 minutes, add the maple syrup to the melted oil and stir.

Stir in the cacao powder and mix well using a balloon whisk or hand blender.

Add essential oils of choice:

1 drop of Geranium and 3 drops of Wild Orange

2 drops of Peppermint

1 drop of Ginger and 3 drops of Lime

4 drops of Lavender

Add more or less drops according to taste.

Spoon or pour into ice cube trays/ silicon moulds or pour onto a tray covered in a sheet of baking paper. Put in the fridge to set.

My favourite is to sprinkle frozen raspberries and coconut flakes onto a tray covered with a sheet of baking paper, then pour the melted chocolate mixture (with 2 drops of Peppermint in) on top. Decorate with a few more sprinkles of frozen raspberries and coconut flakes. Once set, you can break up into smaller pieces. IT'S DELICIOUS!! You can use many different nuts and fruits with the chocolate.
