What is doTERRA's Return Policy?

- Within 30 Days of Purchase:

Unopened Product: 100% of purchase price - minus shipping and paid bonuses - will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Opened Product: Product credit (AR BAlance) of 100% (minus shipping and paid Bonuses) OR refund of 90% of purchase price to the original form of payment.

- 30 Days to 90 days of Purchase:

Opened Product: NO REFUNDS ON OPENED PRODUCT AFTER 30 DAYS

Unopened Product: Product credit (AR) of 100% (minus shipping and paid Bonuses) OR refund of 90% to original form of payment for (unopened, non-seasonal, etc) products.

- 90 Days to 1 Yr of Purchase

Unopened Product: Product credit (AR) OR 90% (minus shipping and paid Bonuses) OR refund of 90% to original form of payment for (unopened, non-seasonal, etc) products.
